Overall, the trip has been a wonderful experience for both of us and I am glad to say that due to your immense support towards the entire planning till executions it has become quite a memorable trip for us. The package was made as per the preference and keeping the nature of the trip into mind from your side, no doubt on that. As it was my first experience with Tour Operators I do not regret to tell you that I was satisfied to up a great extent from your services.

The package was appropriate for a short trip of a week and the hotels provide both in Australia and France were of a good standard. We never faced any major difficulties throughout our stay in these countries except for the delays in a transit due to which our tour was missed out. However, I an\m thankful for the effort you did in such circumstances. Apart from this there were no other difficulties faced.

We had a great time and experienced the celebrations of Christmas all over Paris and Vienna which in itself was a wonderful experience. Snowfall in Paris added to that essence of winter for which we were longing since the beginning of the trip.
